This blouse makes us smile! The black background with all those pretty peach, copper and rust flowers makes us obsessed. We love how the peach polka dot panel breaks it up for a fun twist. It’s flowy without being too oversized, and the sleeves have a little elastic at the wrist so they stay in place. It is a very flattering and forgiving cut. Can easily be dressed up or down.
